Do Not Buy VIP Seating at This Venue!
Do not waste your money on VIP seating at this venue; unbelievably, security supervisors will allow & encourage anyone with tickets in the lower bowl to come down in front of the stage and stand right in front of those seated. Best to purchase the cheapest seats in the lower bowl! This show featured Kelly along with Mick, as did last year's. Both talented artists, along with a tight & talented band, created a phenomenal show! The drummer must be from another planet, as I've seen literally thousands of bands live, and this drummer was more fab than 'phenomenal', if there's such a thing... even showcased playing that huge set with his bare hands! Jason Bonham & his band opened, and just as last year, they were phenomenal! Whitesnake, a group I had never seen live, absolutely blew me away! The lead singer was David Coverdale from Deep Purple, & he was in fab form... both to the eye & ear! If band Meet & Greets are your thing, the Marilyn Manson one is the most worth the money. Marilyn Manson does an amazing show, whether the singer be Lou or Kelly, as always! A highlight was when Kelly appeared high atop a pole in the middle of the audience! The guitarist was Joel Hoekstra from TSO (Trans-Siberian Orch) & Night Ranger! Whitesnake definitely has a new fan... that should have been a fan from day one! Nor did I realize the guitarist was Joel Hoekstra from TSO (Trans-Siberian Orch) & Night Ranger! Whitesnake definitely has a new fan... that should have been a fan from day one! I should also add that Whitesnake was the middle act, a group I had never seen live. The middle act was Whitesnake, and they absolutely blew me away! I didn't realize prior to attending that the lead singer was David Coverdale from Deep Purple, and he was in fab form... both to the eye & ear! The bill itself was excellent. I should also add that if band Meet & Greets are your thing, the Marilyn Manson one is the most worth the money. You get food, water, a limited VIP edition double-disc CD, and a fully autographed (including Mick) awesome poster the size of, and made of, the same hard cardboard as a vinyl LP (along with your group pic, again including Mick, a frame for it, and a few other items)!
